anyhoos, my lazy question is in relation to this:

Do you or does anyone else know when we are expected to lodge our annual statement?
Just thinking that assuming it goes into the SEC at the same time, then we'd have to factor in at least two or three weeks for the SEC to pull their finger out and deal with it, and possibly give us the all clear..
