Thanks JR, great post.
I also attended the meeting and can verify that JR's post is a substantially accurate summary of the presentation and discussion following the formalities, according to my own notes and recollection.

The notes are more comprehensive than mine - I missed some points such as the metres drilled per shift and a very few others. There was a lot of ground covered in 1.5+ hours.

I will add a few more points when I am sober. A few other holders and myself adjourned to the nearby Black Tom's for a couple of hours - one of life's simple pleasures is enjoying some fine ales in good company on a sunny winter's afternoon when every other poor bugger is at work.
