It is not unusually for directors to comment on whether their companies shares are undervalued or not.
Most of the points are clearly just clarifications of why something has occurred or has not occurred etc:
There does not appear to be any price sensitive information in justreading's post that has not already been released.
No breach of disclosure rules looks to have occurred in my opinion.
