    In this instance, it means KRL does not have to repay the $404k as teh noteholders have converted ratehr than redeemed.

    They obviously believe that the 11.6c conversion rate set in the note is worth converting & has uplift. (of course given the last price is 15.5c it obviously has if it stays there)
