Yes that was me. I can not remember his exact words but it was an indication that he could keep the company down to a bare shell and look for funding, but a lot of things have happened since then and there are now loans that they never had before. This could change things considerably and maybe if they have not had any luck in securing the 15 mil CR he may become more desperate to do a deal with someone. I think the concept is good and so much has been invested into the software and staff it would be a shame to see all that lost. Like I say all is not lost still a chance.
