Don't know if I quite agree with part of your heading Charalambos....
The under writing has now been approved by shareholders and this has provided substantial financial security for NTU for the time being....so a lot has changed!
Hence maybe some astute buyers are now realising how undervalued NTU currently is.
Of course NTU"s significant potential remains intact!
