    Check out CXM deal for guideline on how AXO JV deal ideally will be structured; though in their deal CXM gave up >50% of the project & also did a private placement to Wuhan to bolster their warchest (so use it as rough guide).

    I'm thoroghly enjoying the 'office phoning' updates Nose - let's hope this one amounts to ink on a contract.
