where the huge value will come for AXO is if they sell off a share of the project for cash and then use that cash to put in their end of the capex money. Would avoid a large capital raising.

Naturally the Chinese would want a slice of AXO's equity action as a sweetener and AXO would have to satisfy that, but if they don't have to go to the market for a big equity raising, then we will really see some gains.
