Yes agree the bots may return but they(shorters) prey on bad news, and the news is changing, I'm in the industry and the work is coming back online with avengence, albeit at reduced hire rates. Now is the time for oil and gas upstream to take advantage of cheap hire rates and , believe me they are. We are doing all sorts of maintenance work arm.
