Surely TZ board are well advised and do not want to get caught in hot water. Call him what you like, but I dont think MB is a stupid man at all.
Hot water? For what? Doing what EVERY other company does and releasing market information to the market? I would say that there is more risk of him landing in hot water from having those CEO updates NOT provided to the market.
