Neon has progressed its assets further then when the share was above 50c and as you point out theres alot coming soon.

Assets and prospects generally improve over time but market sentiment ebbs and flows with emotion.

I only buy/sell junior oilers and have done so for the last 10 years. The sp behaviour and the ebb and flow of thoughts on this thread are very consistent with other junior oiler threads. The thoughts on management, on marketing, on timing are same ole same ole for all oilers I've held and tend to coincide with periods when holders/observers feel not enough is happening or being announced.

From my own experience change comes when producable oil is discovered or reserves are upgraded in the form of a dramatic sp increase. Until one of these events occur price is largely the domain of the holders.

Fortunately there are many near catalysts for change arriving soon including both California and Vietnam assets.
