agree with you strongly. RFG's intangible value is locked in the value of their brands. Franchise values have been shot to pieces; and so has the intangible value. What I want to see is the lenders requesting an updated valuation of the business - with loans set to expire soon it is going to be fascinating to see the vermin at management fudging the numbers.
Case in point: Who will be fronting 300-400 thousand to buy a Michels Patisserie that is going to be haemorrhaging cash year after year... perhaps you @potgut ?
