In fact the SP has changed and while the funding hasn't dropped the SP has.
SP is well ahead of the funding right now - might that be a sign of things to come?

I know Rooster, but there are also conditions to make the who thing fly.
Otherwise they can just walk away and time is running out. So will WKT to
1.The Seller is not able to secure financing or;
2.Is unable to construct and successfully commission the project?
