If they are short of manpower to keep everyone better informed then put on more people. The results warrant the extra expenditure.
However it doesn't matter how good results may or may not be. Taking seven weeks to update when 4 rigs are operating is pathetic. I would expect that back in circa 1970. Not in 2018.
