remirez , maybe you shouldn't ask price sensitive questions?? I ask Kevin lot's of questions and always get an answer until I cross the line and ask "price sensitive" , he quickly puts me in my place, which is totally understandable.
I find the crew in the office at FAS more polite and helpful than any other company I have dealt with.
