NEWS JUST IN: Hong Kong's 'Superman' Billionaire Bets on Fossil Free future.
Li Ka-shing, one of Asia's richest people, is investing in two electric vehicle makers. Source, Bloomberg (Asia) 28/4/2018.
It tells you something when the likes of Li Ka-shing, Warren Buffet and other world billionaire's are backing the EV/battery revolution.
As an aside, I've noticed that over the last couple of weeks, EVs and battery technology have been mentioned on a daily basis, in some way or another on Australian TV. That tells me that it is beginning to enter into the consciousness of our media, and by extension the general public. So not long before the topic of conversation around the water-cooler turns to comments like, "I can't wait to get rid of the noisy gas guzzler. And yeah, I heard they accelerate to 100kmph in 4.5 seconds. Australia might be late to the party, but they will arrive
