Yes, ctp has held up well in this financial storm. I was expecting sp to test 5.8c low this week. Even so, we are heading right into a huge gale brewing. Now with Citi about to split up and the " detroit 3" needing corporate dole. Dow to go to 6300. But even so, if ctp suffers(like all others will too) as long as we maintain cash at bank and get lucky with a new additional JV partner it augers well for ctp's future. Markets can be perverse but rest assured ctp is in a wild star sector with possibility of big cash cow generator. This sector that can hold up well. Especially if a big company with status comes on board and gives us a handup and not a handout Who ever would of though our western capital markets become fabian country. Mm
