Well we should bring more people into the country so then we can have even more sick frail etc etc people .

And with that we can all rejoice as the pie gets even smaller from the wealth generated in the country .

I dont know the answers but gee at the end of the day you just dont make a pie bigger all the time and expect people also not to get richer do you?

Or expect the same size pie with less people is maybe a better option ?
