FMS has been very busy to evaluate the finished drilling result and schedule the future tasks, which are normal.

FMS is a explorer not IO generator. Any expectation should be realistic and based on normal business operation conditions. You are crazy but the running of the business needs the schedule and priority list. FMS is to confirm the IO not to make the traders exciting.

**Planning is well underway for 2009**

Flinders Mines Limited’s Hamersley Iron Ore Project in WA comprises five target areas: Areas A, B, C, D and E (see Figure 1).
Planning is well underway for 2009 drilling campaign. Drilling and laboratory contracts have been secured with high quality contractors for 2009.

**First RC drilling of Area A in May for an Inferred Resource Level**
First reverse circulation drilling of Area A will commence in May with the schedule targeting 80 holes for a planned total of 4,000 metres. The campaign is expected to take about four weeks. The Area A exploration drilling will mean that all five target areas within the project will have been subject to drilling to an Inferred Resource level.

**Geological Wireframs being reviewed and Maiden Inferred Resource announced around the end March**

Geological wireframes created by Golder & Associates for all areas are currently being reviewed. It is anticipated that Flinders Mines will be in a position to announce its maiden Inferred Resource for the Hamersley Project around the end of March.

**The tasks have being done**
Metallurgical testwork is underway with phase one completed. Mineralogical analysis of the mineralisation is being carried out using QEMSCAN (Quantitative Evaluation of Materials by Scanning Electron Microscopy) technology. The phase two testwork has commenced and is due for completion in April 2009.
