Vendor - I've talked of TAM before - Remove that potential overhang, and you shall see this name trade more "in-line" with the quality of its announcements. In fact, I go one further and suggest it will re-rate significantly once cleared.
In my opinion, only a matter of time before a group/s are going to step up and take out the "elephant in the room"? Maybe the permitting is the catalyst??
