Well said, I think we'd be sitting at a higher and more stable SP if we were allowed the gov announcement rise like all the other pot stocks, then the JV announcement to top things off. I highly doubt we would of seen the 11.5 high, which imo would of been a good thing. This stock needs stable rises, not pump and dumps. Mgmt need to start thinking of how to address this.
