i like the way in a psycho market like today cul rises 1c 10% with 1m / $100k+ t/over but hlx has rises 1c 3% only 59k $18k t/o
therefore i feel there is more urgency with cul
i hold both but cul seems to be more attractive to accumulating parties imo
