Meh ...
I borrow 100 dollars at an interest rate of 7 points.
My investments is making 10 points, there I am profiting 3 points (profit – interest) = 3 points.
Then my cost say is 2 points
profit – interest – cost = 1 points
Therefore profit before tax be around about 1 point per 100 dollars.
What happens when the interest rate raise to 8.5 points and my cost lift (Which is happening now)?
Oh well think the share did open green …. I guess the professional like yourself who predicted the share price opening in the red got it wrong or did you not factor in the something ?
Hope that this is not showing a lack of respect and a clear lack of experience.
