From Dec 31 quarterly activities report
"The Draft EIS was submitted to the Northern Territory Environmental Protection Authority (NTEPA) on 26 October 2017 representing a key milestone in the progression of approvals for the Project. The public comment and Northern Territory (NT) Government review period remained open until 8 December 2017. A number of comments from NT Government Departments and public entities have now been received and the Company is working on a Supplementary EIS to respond to those comments"
After submitting the EIS, it was open for govt review for 6 weeks. Guessing a supplementary review will be open for another 6 weeks for govt review. That being the case it will be another extension to the timeline. I thought N.T. major project status was meant to expedite these proceedings.
This is going to take about 10 years from initial discovery to production. (if it ever happens at all). Hence my frustration with those running the show.
