I'm a buyer at 3.2c, hoping we get there. I reckon this is a bargain at these prices.

Time line from the last update

"The company is targeting completion of the BFS, NT Government sign-off of the EIS and a native title agreement during Q1 2018 and working towards an investment decision by mid 2018."

As far as I'm aware it's been the plan for last 18 months.

On the Lithium subject, the company has no interests in Lithium and even they did it wouldn't be a priority. They're main focus is the Ammaroo Phospahte project.
