Govt should provide incentives to the private sector to do it, I know some will say, wont be economical for private sector, so they wont do it.
Govt needs to talk to industry, not like their process with the mining tax. Same thing with high speed rail, low population, big country & very expensive, but work together with industry to solve problems that will benefit all for many years.
Yeldub...I would rather have Ok broadband than super fast one, but instead have high spped rail like many other major cities like Tokyo, seoul, Paris, New York.
