Bourie, this is quarterly update. It's just a summary of what they have been doing. None of it is 'new news' as such.
That said, I do agree that it is positive but the SP would already have factored this in to the current range given this is a summary of history.
The 'news' to move the sp needle is the mining concession approval and then revenue.
For that, we continue to wait.
