This basically means any dialogue between the UIC and the TFG will fall on deaf ears with al-Shabab as they have chosen their path, and if anyone thinks they aren't in Puntland is dreaming - they are spreading all over and the way they operate makes it nigh on impossible to stop them: a favoured strategy is to blend in with everyday somalis and pop soldiers and officials in the back of the head and walk away. This is from an interview I listened to on newsradio between an al-Shabab member and a BBC reporter. imo they'll NEVER get a rig in.........if they ever intended to that is.
