We as shareholders are able to request that the board of directors call a general meeting. In order to do so we need 5% of the total shares which is around 57,083,271 shares.
I myself hold around 270,000 and I'm sure there are many on here that hold far more, but at 270,000 per holding we are looking at around 200 shareholder needed to force the board to answer some of our questions.
Like most of us on here I am happy with the progress of the company but am less than satisfied with the disclosure of accounts and general regard in keeping shareholders updated.
I can draft up a document to send to the company but would like to get a general idea of who is for this motion and the % of shares we hold.
