Here is a link to a google document that I've done up. More resolutions for the meeting can be added latter once we see if we can achieve the required number of votes.

Those who are willing to fill it out if you could do so then share it back to me and I will compile everyone's signatures into a single document.

Judging by the number of people who have already viewed this thread I'm fairly confident that if we all add to this document we will achieve the necessary 5% required to force the directors to call a meeting and have our chance to talk to them and ask questions.
