Notice 249D to be served on Empire

To all concerned shareholders of Empire Oil & Gas

The company will soon be served a notice under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) to call a general meeting.

Empire's directors must call the meeting within 21 days of the Empire receiving the request and with the meeting to be held no later than 2 months after the request is provided to Empire.
