A 249D meeting set now would be a complete waste of money. EGO shareholders money.

Why not wait until after the AGM and get them focused on the future and then if not happy proceed in the new year.

You are currently planning to oust Directors who have not yet been installed. That timing makes no sense at all.

It also beggars belief that shareholders will vote differently now than they will at an GM by the end of December. Check your dates there.

I have recently purchased some shares and I will not continue if this is heading for General Meetings on consequetive months.
