    I do not think Doc will submit a 249D until the results of the well are in if it is repaired and reserves upgraded SH sentiment will change including large holders and 249D would surly fail.
    If the well is a fail 249D has a very good chance of being successful.
    Just my opinion as it will take almost 3 months if it is issued now to be finalised.
