Yeah it is strange, jackherb, to hold all this time while putting the company down. He's had plenty of time to sell whether for a small loss or a gain - unless it's for a tax related reason? I don't why else to hold.
On the balance of things, odds are in his favour that he's probably right but why no action taken over such a prolonged period?
