how about this thought ...
get rid of the non-performing management as per the proposal and get Pope elected. Then seek a merger with Otto and realise the full potential of both companies asset base.
It sure wouldn't have a combined market cap of 150m !! win win for all parties I reckon with the potential to be a player in the mid-tier producer/explorer arena.
