The 19.9% guy must be rubbing his hands together.
He can now use his 19.9% vote to go to the management of the company and demand changes or else he will vote them out of a job.
I suspect he will get the changes he wants.
Getting rid of most of the board and mgmt. at once is not the answer. I think this vote will get defeated.
However, it is very clear that the status quo is not the answer either. Something has to change, and will change.
