1. the total aggregate sum of fees payable to Non-Executive Directors as remuneration for
their services be set at $275,000 per annum;
2. the removal of Mr Philip Byrne as a Director of Nido;
3. the removal of Dr Michael Ollis as a Director of Nido;
4. the removal of Mr William Bloking as a Director of Nido; and

looks like rather than just picking one person.

Michael has thrown a blanket over the whole lot.

we can pretty much say that most will retain their position.

he is giving himself better odds by selecting the number of people.

is he or isn't he right for the job..????

if he gets in time will tell, given our current position I don't think it would do any harm.

I think in one way or another he will add value. he bring certain aspects to the table that haven't been explored before, for that it's a tick.

we'll have a director that will work his backside of 24/7. just what the doctor ordered. Michael has put himself up in a way which "failure is not an option".

we know the guy very well and we understand where he sits. he's been as straight as an arrow with us on hotcopper when he was a member.

with Tindalo & Yakal he really understood what was going and offered some suggestions.

I feel he has got the integrity and he'll be watching our back.

lastly, Michael hasn't given up on his pursuit of being a director. he has had everything including the kitchen sink thrown at him. a lesser person would have thrown in the towel, he's got passion to keep on going.

give him at least one term to prove he has what it takes.

if someone fell on their sword right now, it would make life a whole lot easier.
