Yes Sandy. A seat on the board for Michael would certainly calm things down. I think it's not personal for Michael but has become personal for the board and a lot of stubborness has set in there on this issue. What harm could it be having someone like him on the board with his technical expertise and knowledge especially when in the next six months there is a lot of drilling to be done, supposedly. He could only be an asset. And, he doesn't want any money for it!
Once again they raise shareholders suspicions with this. Is there some things they don't want him to see if he has access to the inner workings of the company? I don't know, I'm only guessing and it's all only my opinion.
