One thing that should be noted from the one of the resolutions of the requested egm. To remove Phil from thr board. You have yo remember that Phil worked for ndo for some time before becoming a board member. Would he still retain a position if removed from the board? Obviously if mr bloking and mr ollis left the board there wouldn't be a position for them you'd think.
