When you are making offers like this, you know what your main shareholder is in it for and you give them a cherry on the top. They wouldn't make an offer that sees Datt underwater because they would know he won't take it. It would need to be north of .21 for him to break even so that is likely to be the number that would trigger a transaction. My bet is .21 on the nose gets the deal done.
