    Not entirely true nor a fair representation of reality on one point either.

    Glyn may have only had a cash component of 180k (ish) a year. But certainly made up for it in other areas, namely free shares. Whilst the value subscribed to these freebies at the time may have changed now, that's mostly irrelevant imo. It's no secret OBJ have historically loved handing out shares to themselves, employees and consultants.

    And he still managed to get $196k out of them in a little over 7 months. Assuming a portion of this was made up of entitlements. All that suitcase living mustn't have allowed him to take any holidays. Still pretty handy remuneration for when in reality, they have long over promised and under delivered in many areas imo

    Will the share handouts continue into the future? Seems an easy way to boost remuneration at OBJ significantly and allow people to claim the 'wages are low' card imo.
