I would have to agree. I for one am sick of directors milking companies for all they are worth without the results to back it up.
I would be more than happy to vote in favour of rewarding our directors through increased remuneration and or additional performance shares if their actions are also benefiting the shareholders of this company through an increasing share price. I'm sure however they are aware that this has not occurred for a long time with our share price in continual decline.
Yes some of them are new and arguably haven't had the time to make a difference but i find it pretty disrespectful that they are asking for increased pay before proving they are worth it.
I hate to say it but it does actually feel like the same old OBJ.
