Hey CMK, I don't think its fair that we bring this back from the grave. P&G are big enough to absorb costs involved with research and development, BECCA at the time may not have been able to do so until it was validated by another company which then makes it more feasible. This could be one of 100 possible reasons why but either way it's too far from our current line of sight IMO.
