Basically Jeff has built the company using his "concept" in close relationship with P&G developmental team in the cosmetics department. It has taken the company to this point.

These are some of the issues moving forwards are

    1. What are the mass produced products outside P&G that will benefit from the technology.

    2. Who owns them

    3. What are the actual benefits to the CONSUMER or does it rest more on marketing and the perceived advantages.

    4. Who is going to pay for the trials to test and prove that the technology will sell additional product

    5. OBJ is but one supplier to the P&G group - there is no safety net. That is the company.

    6. Jeff at this point appears to be the sole driver of the operation and the link between P&G and OBJ. If for some reason Jeff leaves the company what then.

    7. What fast track technologies is the company developing that can be adapted to mass produced products.

    8. Do they wish to put all their eggs in the one basket and stay within the umbrella of P&G

    9. Should the company spend its money on their own research and development dept. Test the OBJ technologies on a range of products in a laboratory situation and then approach relevant manufacturers to demonstrate actual benefits.

    10. Is the OBJ technology best suited to a physical application or an alternative additive method.

    11. How does OBJ actually get its name associated with the product using its technology. OBJ is meaningless to the consumer. Product x is now using the "Magnafuse" technology or whatever marketing term is appropriate. But give it an identity.

    12. Does the OBJ technology need a major think tank on its concept and look to embracing alternative concepts.

    etc etc etc.
