The current issues for this company are not about who gets paid what. If these gentlemen are bringing expertise to the table that has got to be paid for, then so be it. They come with background, knowledge and contacts.

Its now about having a critical objective assessment by those formulating the business plan so the company can expand its capacity to move forwards.
