If they thought they were worth more they should have negotiated more money at the interview stage. Instead they accepted the job on the current remuneration with the knowledge that OBJ is still in the early development stage with limited revenue.

I Agree AG6. I will vote against any remuneration increase at this time. A lot of the donkey work has been done; and the newbies in management now need to translate what they have inherited into a great income streams for shareholders, and then I will be please to reward them further.
