Just a cynical take on this resolution.

You may have seen on the scuttlebut news a reference that some compensation may be paid to SDL for giving up its pursuit of its rights (read" drop arbitration and any other legal avenues). So the cynical......

If the SDL Exec and Noteholders can buy up the small shareholdings at a pittance then any compensation is distributed to a smaller population and therefore more to each shareholder than if the the registry still contained all us small holders. Or in simple terms: The Exec and Noteholders get all the compensation. And all hidden away in a meeting resolution with associated fluff about more manageable blah blah blah.....

I won't be giving up my shares for a pittance if I can help it.
