Resolution 7.2(d) states "the Directors will determine to whom the shares will be issued but these persons will not be related parties of the company."

Does anyone know what is meant by "will not be related parties of the company" ? Will the proposed shares be available for acquisition by the general public ?

Resolution 5 proposes that non-executive fees be increased from $200,000 to $300,000. Does anyone know how many non-executive directors are currently engaged by SSC ? Does anyone know the number of hours per week these people devote to their role as non-executive directors for SSC ? Does anyone have a view as to whether remuneration of $300,000 for non-executive directors is reasonable ?
