I would ignore... if you google the guy in question, he has more litigation going on than you could poke a stick at. Seems to me to be a loose cannon with sour grapes.
the only losers on CLB, Bid Energy and the irexchange ipo that he wrecked are the other shareholders left picking up the pieces.
