Fair enough, Oaky. There are always two sides to the debate. I don't have any problem with the CEO being well-rewarded for outstanding results. I would have a problem if milestones were not continually being met and exceeded, but that is not the case here and I doubt it ever will be.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see what transpires in the next year or two, and how that puts things in perspective.

I would suggest that the milestones as stipulated will prove to be an accurate roadmap of where the company is going, the size of the deals currently under negotiation, and those yet to be negotiated. Probably even conservative.

How achievement of those milestones will be reflected in the SP remains to be seen. I doubt shareholders will be disappointed.
